What does it take to be successful

basycally i need an essay about mike rose and malcolm gladwell where i explain 3 of their main ideas on what it takes to be successful in life. each idea needs to be supported with one or two quotes from the book. information of the books have to be only from the 6 first paragraphs of the books.
