Few points that I would like to tell in the essay are:
work on innovative projects. For my Bachelor’s degree final year thesis, I worked on the design of I C engine efficiency booster that used the hydrogen as a catalyst for proper combustion of air-fuel mixture. I also developed a flashback arrester for it using a cold drink bottle.
how products and processes can be changed to make them more efficient. During my previous job I developed a new process to change the end shell of a rotary kiln by designing a Sliding Saddle trolley which reduced the downtime of equipment by ten days and fitting of the end shell was more accurate than what could be achieved by the conventional method. The multiple prototypes for the Sliding Saddle trolley were tested and rebuilt with improvements to finally reach the desired equipment.

I also have a deep personal drive to get things done accurately. For my MSc research project, I diligently worked to bring the performance parameters of the simulated Geared Turbofan engine model within one percent difference of the actual engine values.
