Create a simple 1-page crisis management framework/outline for your project nonprofit, reflecting key takeaways from your readings and the class lecture on April 11th. On a second page, include a brief social media policy guide/outline with up to 10 ‘Do’s and Don’ts” for your organization to mitigate content risk and fallout. Based on an in-class lecture on April 11th on SMART Goals, create a simple list of 3 marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to include in your final paper. Complete a SMART goals grid to map out your Top 3 recommendations for your project nonprofits, using p. 3 of the SMART Goals Workbook in Resources to specify your goals, metrics around those goals, and project deadlines.
