The equipment Labeling policy and procedure

I’m trying to write a policy and procedure for a fake educational institute that has a medical labs and stores for medical equipment ..

My task is to pretend that I labeled and numbered the labs and storages and the cabinets and shelves in them ..

I organized and distributed the equipment based on the quantity of storages and their function . So the labs ,where the sessions and experiments will be done in, are six and they were labeled from A to F .. The cabinets inside lab B were numbered from 1 to 20 and these cabinets will be used as a store for equipment and tools for the current session ..

The storages are five and they were numbered from 1 to 5 .. Every store has a shelf that has three stories and its numbered from 1 to 3 .. The equipments are distributed on these shelves and every equipment has its name under of it ..

Every store has a list hanged on its door next to the number of the store of equipment inside of it and their quantity ..

Stores 1,2,3 and 4 are located in the first floor ( labs area )
Store 5 is located in the ground floor ( OSC Exam area)

Store number 1 which is called utility store has beds and IV stands and wight scales

Store number 2 which is called disposable store has disposable items SUVs as gloves, bone cast, gauze … Etc and it has boxes next to the shelves for bagged small items such as one way valve mouth pieces, filters, …etc

Store number 3 which is called biomedical equipments has equipments such as spirometer, glucometer, ..etc

Store number 4 which is called mannequins store has several types of mannequins with different sizes and purposes ..

Store number 5 which is OSCE store has some disposable items that will be used during any exam such as gloves, masks, sensitizers ..etc.
