1. In the first section of your paper, your team’s goal is to demonstrate that you have learned about normative ethical decision making frameworks (also called approaches or theories). Your team will need to go beyond the material covered in the textbook chapter and the narrated lecture presentation and find legitimate sources that cover the basic normative frameworks. These include the:

utilitarian approach
virtue ethics approach
deontological approach
New York Times test (note: this approach also has other names)
golden rule approach (treat others the way you (or they) want to be treated)
obey the law approach (be sure that your actions will not violate a law)
rights approach (minimize or prevent the violation of any person’s rights)
justice approach (minimize or prevent unfairness to those involved)

Your team must summarize all eight approaches in the first three pages of your paper. Be sure to cite your sources.
