There you will find a wide selection of inaugural addresses from different American presidents. Choose one inaugural address, and identify and highlight all the instances of parallelism. Do you feel that each use was effective in creating emphasis? Why or why not? Explain your reasons. Submit a hard copy of your chosen inaugural address along with your commentary. 

Now, go back and assess where you feel revision and/or editing would improve the text. Point out what you feel are the text’s strengths and weaknesses, and propose changes that you would make if you were the editor for this text.
