In Chapter 1, two theories of how we should view the criminal justice process were presented; the Crime-control Model and the Due Process Model. Identify which theory you believe is emphasized in America today. Then identify which theory you believe should be emphasized. Support your position by presenting examples, research sources and the other forms of documentation.
