Student will develop an entire event plan for THE Gulls Event. Outline the event leadership process. You need to include a timeline and sample budget as detailed as possible. Identify location, décor, food and beverage option, entertainment and outside contracts that will be used. Discuss the advantages of your choices. Also exam all choices from a Risk management standpoint. How will you mitigate these risks? Be creative in your ideas, but think of the logistics of each input.
