Complete the following items. Assume that you have an extra $1 million laying around. You decide to use it as the prize (winner takes all) in a crowdsourced PA contest. 1. In one paragraph explain what problem would you have the contestants work on (please be sure to use your own idea here, not one from one of your classmates or from the text). 2. In one paragraph explain where you might get the data to build and test your model. 3. List 10 variables you think may be predictor variables in a PA used to help solve your problem and one variable that will be the outcome variable. 4. Draw a decision tree showing how you think your model might look (MS Word makes it fairly easy to create a decision tree: click on the Insert menu and then Smart Art, one of the choices there is to show hierarchy–which is where you can find pre-built decision tree capabilities).
