ASSIGNMENT, PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS: THIS ASSIGNMENT SHOULD CONTAIN more than just the prompts, it should have evidence of your application of the material in your personal and professional lives.

Journal Prompt One:

Students will reflect upon their criteria to evaluate a hospitality service. Students will develop a David Letterman top ten list of attributes of quality service. Each attribute must accommodate a rationale for its inclusion on the list.

Journal Prompt Two:

Students will analyze a service encounter by using the five dimensions of SERVQUAL. From a consumer perspective which two dimensions are the most important, include rationale. Are these five dimensions enough to quantify the service experience, explain.

Journal Prompt Three:

From Chapter 11 apply the concepts of the Types and roles of Service scape to and organization you are familiar with.
