I am the President of an Owners Community in Spain. One Spanish member of the committee says that,

I am the President of an Owners Community in Spain. One Spanish member of the committee says that, by law, Committee Meetings must be held in Spanish. Is he correct and is there such a law? My understanding is that meetings may be held in any language as agreed by the participants.
