Your own thoughts on what is government? Why do you think we need government? I’m not an A student so I don’t need a break down and the whole background of government. It’s in your own thoughts. The Supreme Court just finished its October 2015 term June 27. As is always the case, the justices ruled on a handful of landmark cases involving hot button issues. As is rarely the case, it had to do so short-handed due to the death of Antonin Scalia. The conventional wisdom seems to be that the court is in transition, and depending on the results of the upcoming election its recent conservative swing might be at an end. I want you to research the actions of the courts this past term as well as recent terms and evaluate this argument. In what direction might the court be heading?
