Assessment 2: Portfolio of assessmentExample and suggested procedure:
Step 1: Focus on 2 major learning outcomes from BSSS. For each learning outcomes create 3 assessment tasks that show your capacity to design diagnostic formative, summative assessment.
This will mean that you have 6 assessment tasks in total
Step 2: Draw a table to show how the strategies chosen cater for specific skills and learning outcomes/achievement standards and higher-order thinking
Step 3: Provide a rationale which accounts for the inclusion of content in relation to how the demand of each task supports the development of higher order thinking
Step 4: State strategies for making consistent and comparable judgements, including marking guidelines/criteria, and moderation
Step 5: Explain how you will use the data from each assessment task to modify your teaching practices
Step 6: Create rubrics for each assessment task, showing/explaining how you will grade tasks and give feedback ( i.e. 6 rubrics in total)Finally, your reference list, provide a list of source material and references (this is not included in the word count)
