District Sexual Harassment Policy

I need help to develop a sexual harassment policy presentation for new teachers at school. Include a legal definition of sexual harassment, local School Board policy restricting sexual harassment, two examples/scenarios, actions (of the victim) for responding to incidents of sexual harassment, and disciplinary consequences for violating this policy.
