Critique of ADA and Affirmative Action Paper

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate your understanding of: 1) the Americans with Disabilities Act, and 2) Affirmative Action policies. Following a brief description of each, provide a summary of arguments pro and con for each of them. Next, present  your own position including a rationale backed up by resources (atleast five).  Please use headings to separate each element.
