Find academic or formal sources related to your chosen topic (for example an article from a journal, broadsheet newspaper, online journal or academic article or professional website). Apply critical thinking skills to the selection of sources you have found and write a review of them, you should include: a description of how/where you found each source and why you think it is suitable for the writing task. You should also write about any sources you rejected and why.
You should write a minimum of 3 sentences on each source that you included and rejected. 2) Essay
The final task is to include the sources in an essay on your chosen topic. You should choose your own essay question based on suggestions from your tutor. You should make sure that you reference your sources in the essay and in a reference list. The essay should be 500-750 words.
