Social Media vs Traditional Media – Please read instructions before tender

Discuss about the flexibility of social media, especially political factors/influences in developing countries, because most of the government monopolize the media content (media freedom) in developing countries, and this factor caused the Y generation rely on social media more than traditional media.

I also hope this proposal can discuss some business tactic and financial topic (social media is environmental friendly and cost saving if compare with traditional media).
