Then prepare a memo with the following 2 questions in mind.
1.    Using what you have learnt in this module so far, describe what you think of Mr Adoboli’s perception of his situation, his leadership qualities and his behavioural or mental biases.
2.    Imagine you are in his shoes, what different decisions/actions would you take?  For this question, you should specify the point of time in your career, the situation as you see it, the issues at stake and explain why you would choose a different course of action.
