For example, you might have seen from your initial analysis that there is an issue with knowledge management strategy in the organisation (supported with evidence), combined with a lack of creativity/innovation in terms of the culture. 2. In light of your analysis and discussions from Part 1, and with supporting evidence generate multiple innovative strategic options to enable the organisation to meet these challenges and remain competitive in to the future. For this section you are encouraged to utilise some creative problem solving techniques (CPS) to come up with a range of innovative and creative ideas in order to solve the strategic issue/s you have identified in section A. You should conclude the report by selecting the most appropriate idea and generating appropriate aims, objectives and conclusions to take it forward (Worth 40%)
