1. Go to the Ivy Tech Online Library
2. Choose a political article that you find interesting.
3. Read the article critically looking for bias through word choice, omission, limited debate, story framing or sources.
4. Describe in writing three examples of bias that you identified in your article.
5. Submit your obsevations along with a full citation of the article.
Although you may be tempted to choose a short article, you will have an easier time identifying three examples of possible bias in a more lengthy article.
