Assessment Context
The objective of the case study is to provide a real human resource situation that can be studied and
analysed. Imagine that you are a human resource (HR) professional who has been contracted by
management to prepare an analytical report and make recommendations as to what should be done.

The report format is described in Chapters 4 and 6 in the Faculty Guide for Students on website:
