accessibility; walkability; proximity to other facilities; safety; cleanliness; attractiveness and image (signs, symbols, artifacts); ambient conditions (temperature, noise, music, smells, colours); interior space layout (connectedness of ‘working’ and ‘social’ spaces; equipment; furnishings); design-for-all/universal design features.
4). This is kind of a description essay so I don’t need reference in it.
