Different students have distinct avenues related to learning. Some students perform better when they are allowed to work in the company of other students. In comparison, some students work better when they are working individually (Small 6). In this situation, differentiated learning, also known as differentiated assessment and instruction, is the framework that is required to teach and engage students utilizing different learning avenues.

The teacher needs to differentiate instructions for the students. The techniques for differentiating instructions that I find most effective include offering options to students and giving them a choice in their lesson plans or assignments—providing multiple types of learning material and texts for gaining knowledge. Utilize several types of student assessments and personalized methods of learning (Small 11). Customize teaching techniques so that they can be applied for different intelligence forms. Analyzing the assessments done in the past, data collection, observations of students, and samples of work to identify specific strengths of instructions for every student before starting a lesson is a productive assessment method.

According to student record data, the learning experience procedure helps assign distinct tasks for learning and development to different learners (Hackenberg et al. 27). A better method of differentiating the learning process is to create a series of assignments with different stages or levels according to their difficulties. The rise in difficulty should be present in every lesson plan and must create several related tasks that could differ according to the difficulty level. The skill level will help determine which group must be given which task so that their knowledge can be tested. It is important to continuously examine and assess students' progress and provide feedback to them, which can help them in working towards better educational goals.
