Write an essay about one painting that you personally identify with from the exhibition. You will be graded on the quality of your close looking, what you can see, and how you contextualize the painting though your own observations. THIS IS NOT A RESEARCH PAPER, but you may want to use some of the information and resources provided by the museum.
FORMAT:
Your paper will be submitted through Canvas.
1000 – 1200 words
If you plagiarize you will fail.
An image of the work must be embedded at the top of the entry, followed by:
The Artists Name
Title of work
Date of the Work
Medium
Location of the work (museum)

Title of Your Paper

Your paper must be organized with an introduction, body, and conclusion.
Your thesis should be clearly state in the introduction.
Use the standard size and font in the text submission box on Canvas.
If your formatting does not translate when you cut and paste your paper into Canvas,
you must go back in and reformat it.
You must proofread your paper and make spelling/grammatical errors prior to
submitting.
