Group leadership

Group leadership is critical to group process. this paper will place emphasis on the group leaders’ use of power and authority as well as personal/ professional attributes of a group leader. Please include leadership responsibility regarding awareness of skills, techniques, diversity, and adherence to the NASW code of Ethics. Also explain the advances and dis advances of group leadership and give examples of them.
