Assignment Requirements

Attached is the introduction for the project. You will need to talk about two acquisitions that have happened in the past years in Kuwait.
1. National Bank of Kuwait acquired Bobuyan Bank in 2012
2. QTEL (Qatar Telecommunications) acquired Wataniya Telecom in Kuwait

You will need to analyze their financial statements before and after the acquisition occurred. We will need to know if it was priced correctly, as well as how much the price was affected in the Kuwait stock exchange prior to and after the acquisition.

We want to see the NPV (Net Present Value) which you will have to calculate for both Qtel and National Bank of Kuwait. Before and after the acquisition.
