Using the NIST Risk Management Guide for Information Technology Systems, Special Publication 800-30, at http://www.hhs.gov/sites/default/files/ocr/privacy/hipaa/administrative/securityrule/nist800-30.pdf conduct a risk assessment for the above case study, utilizing all 9 of the NIST risk assessment steps mentioned in the NIST Special Publication 800-30.
Write a risk assessment report using the sample format found in Appendix B of the NIST Special Publication 800-30.  Also, submit the completed 9 steps from the NIST Special Publication that you used to conduct the risk assessment.
