Photography History

a written analysis of one David Lachapelles work (minimum two pages in length, not including pictures) and will also make a small group of photos that attempt to show images made in the spirit of the chosen photographer’s work.

The paper will be a minimum of two pages of text (no more than one paragraph of biographical information and the rest a careful analysis of the overall meaning of the photographer’s work or a discussion/analysis of different projects by the photographer. In addition to the two or more pages of analysis, students should include 6 to 12 small images as references (and your paper should include discussion of at least two or three of these images).
