Directions for Conclusion/Reflection-
You are to write a well-written essay format response to the survey. You are to write until you feel as though youve written a well-crafted response, and be sure to answer all parts.
Make sure you include:
Evidence of research (Citations).
Summarize your survey findings
Were the findings from the survey as you expected initially? Why or Why Not?
Which graph do you feel best represents your data? Why?
Did you use the data the way you stated in your introduction? Why or Why Not?
Why did you choose to address this particular idea for a survey? Give details! Tell why you decided to address a specific changes or implementation in the school or community and you must back it up with research (Citations). 
If you had to conduct another similar survey: (a) What would you do differently? Why? (b) What would you keep the same? Why?
Any other content that would be relative to the survey/research that would help the reader know what you did in your survey and why you did it.
