Conduct an interview with a member of the Traditionalist generation and submit the paper to the course site. Use the following guidelines for each Generational Interview:
Interview a member of each of the Traditionalist generational cohort working in (or retired from) the organizational leadership field and write a 3-page paper comparing and contrasting the persons experiences, values, and attitudes with those portrayed in the course texts and other literature. The primary focus of the interview and paper should be on the perspective of the person towards contemporary societal and workplace issues but may include reflection on past experiences common to the cohort. The papers will be assessed based on the depth of the interview/report and interaction with the literature. Students may choose to ask representatives of each generation the same questions, or they may choose to vary the interview questions.
