Discuss some important points for a head coach to consider in organizing a staff, team, or a program. What information would you have in a team playbook handed out at the first team meeting of the pre-season? Include responses to the following questions in your paper:

What would your team training rules encompass?
How would you organize your practice schedule for the preseason and during the season?
How effective are you as a policy manager?
Do you establish, enforce, and evaluate your policies? What role do the team members have in developing these polices?
Length: 5-7 pages; minimum of 3 scholarly resources required.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
