you need to write a exegesis and i will post the original writing for you and I havebeen post lecture note you can use.
The purpose of this task is to consider the limits of academic genres and to work on presenting academic or scholarly arguments to non-academic audiences.
Due date: Friday 29th May (end of Week 13)
Submission length: One presentation or digital object + 300 word exegesis.
Topic of presentation
You will explain academic writing practices in a medium or form that is not typically used by academics. You can either:
1. adapt an academic argument for a non-academic context and audience, or
2. explain how academic writing differs from non-academic forms for a non-academic context and audience.
Medium of delivery
Unlike previous assignments, where you were working on your academic writing skills, for this assignment you must adopt a non-academic form of delivery. You can either:
1. record a short (maximum 3 minutes) video by the end of week 13 (29th May), or
2. create a digital document or object–image, poster, web page, social media post–by the end of week 13 (29th May)
Exegesis
Accompanying your submission, you need to include a brief exegesis i.e. a 300 word explanation of how and why you made the adaptation and/or explaining why you chose to present in the way you did .
In your exegesis, you need to answer the following questions:
What was your imagined purpose in adapting the text and/or creating the presentation how you did?
What differs between the two contexts of delivery (academic and non-academic), and how did this influence your decisions in shaping your presentation?
You must include a detailed reference and link to the original text, and to any resources referred to or used in making your adaptation.
