*Below are five (5) essay topics. Please choose three (3) of them to answer. For each essay you
choose, please select three (3) works of art and/or architecture, or images from three (3) different
works of art to analyze and discuss — three works or images of your own choice, from the exam study
guide — as the focal points of your essay. Be sure to answer all parts of each essay question. If a work
that you have chosen was discussed in one of our extra readings, please do refer briefly to that author and
the argument of the extra reading, and cite the author name, title, and full publication information in an
endnote, along with specific page references to the aspects of the argument that you are citing, as
necessary.
