During this class, you learned what differentiates the various leadership theory paradigms, which will be explored further throughout the course. Perform a cursory examination of these theories and answer the following:

Evaluate the best leader you have known. Critique what made the leader the best.” Did this leader express disciplined thought and disciplined action to move a company from Good To Great as described in the video? If so, justify it.
Finally, when answering this question consider your point of view and the viewpoint of others surrounding both the Good to Great concept and the five key elements of leadership. Decide what some may perceive as a best leader or a “great” company that others (such as those from different cultures) may not. Assess how your point of view leads you to the above conclusions and explain the relationship (if any) to the levels of analysis of leadership theory.
