Effective Leadership

Describe how and why a leader changed leadership style i.e. transformational to autocratic when roles changed.  Evaluate using contingency theory, the effectiveness of leaders behavior in each role.  Justify a recommendation using examples of how leader could have behaved differently within each role to be more effective.
