Topic: Bond (Ford Motor Inc.) I select Ford Motor Co as my study subjects. The Morningstar Credit Rating Ford Motor Co as BBB and it is a corporate type boding. The capital structure is 85.8% is debt and 14.2% is Equity.From a data shown on the Morningstar, the yield of maturity is 5.34% at the price of 125.2.  I select this company as I work in the automotive sectors.  Also Ford is the only company among big Three (GM, Chrysler, and Ford) that does not file Chapter 11 back in 2008. I found it very interesting and wondering if his bond was reveal some insight of why it was able to maintain operation when other two cannot.
